Our Thanksgiving Feast

Our class has been learning about the First Thanksgiving. We dressed like Pilgrims and Native Americans and enjoyed a Thanksgiving Feast. We would like to tell you a few things that we are thankful that we have.

Chloe - I am thankful for my family and friends.

This week our class learned about Fire Safety.

Here are some of our fire safety tips...
Aleyna - A firefighter wears a fire suit.
Ava- When you call 911 you are not calling just to talk to someone. You are telling them about an emergency.
Kalaiyah - Cut off your stove and lamps before you leave your house.
Payton - Know another way to get out of your house.
Jayden - Have a place to meet your family outside.
Laney - Touch a door before you open it. If it is hot, don't open the door.
Dante - If your house is on fire, you can use the window to get out.
Josiah - If your house is on fire, do not go back in the house to get anything.
Sona - If you get a burn, wash your hands with cold water.
Qu'Siya - Call 911 if something is on fire.
Peyton - Stop, Drop and Roll if your clothes catch on fire.
Jonathan - Do not run from a firefighter.
Zachary - Firefighters keep us safe.
Cayden - Stay away from fire.
Miranda - Be safe around fire.
Jazarie - Don't play with fire.
Collin - Do not touch fire. It will hurt you.
Noah - If there is a fire, get out of the building quick.
Rahaim - If you touch fire, you will get burned.
