FUN DAY!

We had a great time at Fun Day! We played games on the soccer field. We listened to some awesome books. We decorated a new stuffed animal. We also got to dance and sing some of our favorite songs! It was a great day!!!

Who Is That Trip Trapping Over My Bridge???

We ended our Fairy Tale unit by acting out The Three Billy Goats Gruff.  It was so much fun retelling the story by acting it out for our classmates! We have a lot of good actors and actresses in our class!

Fun Run!

Our Boosterthon Fun Run was a huge success! Thank you to the South PTSO, parents and all who have made pledges!

We had a great time!

3D Shape Museum

We have been learning all about 3D Shapes. Students were asked to bring in a 3D shape from home to share for our 3D Shape Museum. The class enjoyed sharing the object and characteristics about each of the 3D shapes! We also really enjoyed singing

These are the 3D Shapes that I Know by Harry Kindergarten.

Read Across America

Our school celebrated Read Across America the first week of March. We were delighted to have a special guest. Dr. Debbie Marsh, MGSD School Board Member, dressed as the Cat in the Hat and read to South Kindergarten. Thank you Dr. Marsh for continuing this tradition! We also celebrated by wearing silly socks and hats. We enjoyed having several other staff members,  parents and a third grade class come read to us!

The 100th Day of School

We had a great 100th Day of School!

We enjoyed a surprise visit from "Mrs. Greenlee".

We found 100 Kisses!!!

We sang and danced with Hero the Zero!
